I am a parent observing my child in canvas. I am attempting to send msg to a specific teacher. I select the appropriate course, select teacher from the drop down menu associated with "TO" box. I receive error message "unable to send messages to users in English 4 - "name of teacher" - p02-05. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!
