HI, Im logging into the VM ware and cannot remember password. I have asked for reset email but yet to have received an in box.  Is it just slow response ?

I'm assuming that you have contacted your institution's Canvas support people at Support Home Page 

As we are scattered all over the world we are not familiar with how long your support people may take. I hope you get an answer very soon.
