How to see what the final grade would be if you change an assignment's grade to "-" or not affecting total grade using click to test different score

If an assignment is graded, there is no way to see what your total grade would be by using the click to test a different score feature. Assignments that are not yet graded or don't count for your grade are marked by a "-" but typing that in to test the score does nothing and it reverts back to what the number was before.
