Publishing portfolio projects

I am having difficulty when I try to upload a project. I have clicked on portfolio->add a new project. Then I fill in the relevant information and click publish. It asks Ready to publish? Then I click on the blue publish project button. It then says "Please prove you are not a robot." I can't get past this page. Has anyone else encountered this?
