Canvas issues on Chromebooks

I'm experiencing roadblocks when I use the webcam in Canvas Studio on my Samsung Chromebook Model XE500C13.
I'm unable to generate self made videos and do voice-overs with screen captures in Studio or on the Zoom app.
Is there anywhere online, where I can go to resolve these issues and others, such as "access denied" prompts?
I am a teacher and I need these capabilities to create my eLearning lessons. Some of my students are also getting the access denied prompts when trying to open media in the assigned lessons in Canvas. I'm assuming they too, are using Chromebooks. District laptops are HP, these Canvas issues are not presenting themselves on those laptops.

Just wanted to thank you and let you know that although I think blocking Flash was the issue with my webcam, I have since been given a district laptop to use instead. My Chromebook gets to be the helper, not the chief!
