Studio Video Processing Stuck at 0%

Hi! We uploaded a 2-hour video into Studio but it is stuck at 0% processing for hours now. We have tried to lower the video's bitrate and render it in lesser quality but to no avail. We really need help as this content is needed for a scheduled class tomorrow. I hope someone can help us. Thank you in advance!

Hi @PeterAlcedo I don't use Studio myself, but I sensed that you needed some help quickly so I did a spot of digging around.

Not the news you needed to hear really. Is it possible for you to upload it to you tube (unlisted of course) just this once? Or get a buddy to do some editing to break it up into two useful segments?
