[ARCHIVED] Uploading MP.4 File in Studio

I cannot upload an mp.4 file into the studio? It keeps saying processing 0. The file is 1:58 minutes and is 119.9 MB? I can upload all other mp.4 lectures fine. I have used multiple browsers without success.

I notice in a couple of places you've indicated "mp.4" as the file type.  There should not be a period between mp and 4; the appropriate file extension is .mp4.  If your files have mp.4 at the end of them this could be the problem because most computer systems use that extension to know what type of file it is. With that example the file type is ".4", which really isn't a file type.  So if your file does have mp.4 at the end, try changing it to .mp4 and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks Rick...the file is an .mp4 so it is strange that is will not process it. I even tried saving the file again from sceen cast o magic. Who knows? But I appreciate the reply and assistance.
