Remove Grades Tab

We use our SIS for grades in our elementary schools. If we use Canvas for Elementary, can the Grades Tab at the top of the home page be removed by going into each subject and hide grade totals?

under settings>navigation, drag grades to the bottom list.

Go to Settings and in the Navigation, remove the grades to the bottom and save. 

That will remove the grades tab from student view.
