If you joined our beta in late 2023, you’ll remember the buzz around our AI-powered assistant built to help you quickly find answers across our knowledge base. While promising, we knew it wasn’t quite ready for prime time.
So, we paused, listened to your feedback, and partnered with our Support team and pilot provider, Ada, to create a next-level experience - one that truly bridges Community and Support with intelligence and care.

What’s Coming Next?
- Support-Aware Responses: Tailored answers based on your institution’s support level.
- Seamless Support Hand-off: When the bot exhausts its knowledge, it’ll pass you to Support - no repeating yourself.
