Multiple Users?

Hi all,

Im currently evaluating CD2 with another colleague of mine and we've found that intermittently, the CLI will work for one of us and not the other. We presume this is some kind of connection limitation, but its making it difficult for us to manage sharing the usage of the tool.

Is this a correct assumption? and if so, how can we better manage that operationally? Is there something one of us needs to do when we are finished to disestablish the connection?

Hello, can you let us know what is the exact error message you get when the CLI does not work? You don't need to do anything to close the connection and you should not hit any rate limit under normal circumstances.

If you can share the error message and the job id of the failed execution we can look into it.

Thank you for the reply.

Basically my colleague is getting authentication issues when running the exact same command as I am, and mine seems to work. So there isnt a job ID yet because the request to start a job is failing. 

It seems to commonly read that 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host'
