We have identified a root cause of the request data loss and remedied the situation. Unfortunately, the volume of requests was very high and up to 20% of request logs were omitted from the Canvas Data request table and not counted in New Analytics Weekly Online Activity for the August 24th timeline.
For August 24, Canvas Data customers will see this 20% omission reflected within the monthly historical refresh file and the New Analytics Weekly Online Activity totals.
