I have found and updates a custom javascript file to use in my Canvas instance.  I have it working in the beta instance but I wanted to know if there was a way to remove it from the theme editor if there comes a time that it needs to be deleted.  I tried clicking the x next to the file but it won't let me change the file and I have tried to upload a blank Java file but that didn't work either.  Any suggestions on how to remove the file?
