Hi there - we are trying to update our LDAP SSL cert with the new "Verify TLS" requirement enabled and when I test authentication in Beta and Test it is failing. My LDAP server admin can't seem to identify any problems - we use the same certs with other applications without issue. Unfortunately I know nothing about the authentication side of things.
I'm getting nervous because our current cert expires in a week and we have been unable to resolve this issue for quite some time. Thanks so much for any help or guidance you can provide.
When I upload the cert everything looks hunky dory
But when I save and test authentication we get these failure messages:
If I upload just the Issuer's Signing certificate, I get the same error "certificate verify failed (unable to get issuer certificate)."
When I upload a combined signing chain certificate that includes the root and all intermediaries, then I get the error "certificate verify failed (Hostname mismatch)."
I had to uncheck the Verify TLS Certificate until the LDAP Certificate was updated with an externally published FQDN as Subject.
