New quizzes questions bank via rest api

For achieving purposes we need to automate a flow which includes getting questions from question banks used in new quizzes. From answers dating back to 2022 the information was that this doesn't exist. Is there any new information regarding this?

Have you tried using the List quiz items - New Quizzes? I haven't experimented with the New Quizzes endpoints yet, but the documentation seems like you may be able to get information on the items in an Item Bank that is associated with a New Quiz.

Thank you for your replay @Code-with-Ski. If the teacher chooses questions from the bank when configuring the quiz, the questions are included in the response from `/api/quiz/v1/courses/:course_id/quizzes/:assignment_id/items`. 

Unfortunately when the assignment is set up to provide random questions from the bank, these are not included in the response. 

So I'm still looking for a way to get questions from the bank regardless of them being selected by the teacher or randomly selected for the participant.

You're welcome 😀  I'm sorry that it didn't fully get the results you were looking for.  I know they are still working on making more New Quizzes API endpoints available so hopefully they release one for the Item Banks soon too.
