SAML/SSO Authentication

Im currently running the Canvas Open source on CentOS 7which is running on VMWare ESX. Everything went  fine with the install but the trouble I'm running into is that when we go to the authentication page and try to select SAML as a IDP the option is not there. Has anyone else run into this issue? Does anyone know what the problem could be ?

 @kkrauskopf ​, it's been over a month since you asked the question, so it seems that you have the Community stumped! Have you made progress with the install since you posted, and if so, would you share your solutions?

Where you able to find an answer to your question?  It does not look like the users community has any experience with this issue.  I am going to go ahead and mark this question as assumed answered.  This will not prevent anyone from replying or finding this question.
