The discussion forum is very confusing, particularly trying to post initial subject/topic? Why must we reply to the instructor for our initial post? Also far too much material to wade through trying to post a reply? Learn was much more user friendly, not confusing and directions were clear. It took three hours and and two calls to tech support in order to get the video application up and operating? I would not recommend this program.
