Discussion redesign on mobile app

When I read product roadmap for Q2 2022 it states:

Discussions Redesign [PREVIEW]

Allow Discussion Redesign features in the mobile apps

but after switching to the redesigned discussion topics are greyed out and "Not supported" in mobile app.

Is there something I have to do to activate this feature?

Is the feature preview activated at the admin level and the course level? I just gave it a try in canvas mobile (haven't tested that yet so you're message scared me) and I was able to open two different test topics and grade. I'm using the teacher app.

Yes, "Discussions/Announcements Redesign" is enabled on both account and course level.

Everything looks fine in computer browser, but not in the apps. I have tried student app ( version 6.16.0) and teacher app ( version 1.16.0) on IOS.

In the app old discussion topics is working, but the ones made after enabling Redesign is grey and "Not supported".

It may be the option of anonymity that causes problems in the mobile app. In that case it would be helpful if the error message was "Anonymity is not yet supported", or anything like that.

And maybe add to the roadmap when anonymity will be supported.
