Elevate K-12 Analytics Release Notes (2022-10-27)

In this Elevate K-12 Analytics release (October 27), when selecting students for perspectives, users can choose to filter to only view currently enrolled students. Other updates and bug fixes are included.

Student Filtering Improvements

When selecting students for perspectives, users can filter to only view currently enrolled students, as well as use the Name Search field to find specific students.

To search for a student, enter the student name in the Name Search field. To view only currently enrolled students, click the Show Only Currently Enrolled toggle.

Scorecard Explore Option

The Explore option for scorecards is no longer available, but will be improved and added back later this quarter.s.

  Fixed Bugs

 

• All users can add a dashboard as a favorite if it was published to them. Previously, an error message would display when attempting to favorite a dashboard.
• Color changes persist in explorations when they are saved as charts. Previously, the color change was not persisting.
• Users no longer see errors when publishing certain dashboards. Previously, an error message was displayed when publishing certain dashboards.
