Note: The 1899-1900 year range acts as a placeholder for staff who are not tied to a specific year such as: being a contractual employee, an intern, etc.

Data Import Tool

A new URL is in place for admins to upload and access files: ftp.elevate-analytics.instructure.com.

Email Display

K-12 Analytics uses work emails for SIS created users, rather than personal emails.

 Fixed Bugs

  • When users summarize a column view and choose to view more items per page, the summary view persists. Previously, the summary view did not persist.
  • Chevron symbols in drop-down menus function appropriately. Previously, chevron symbols in drop-down menus did not display correctly.
  • Closing a filter that returns an empty value and "no data" message now hides its content appropriately when collapsed. Previously, the “no data” message persisted upon closing.
  • When exporting ETL table data, it is limited to 10,000 rows of data. If additional rows are needed, users should contact Support. Previously, there was no limit parameter when exporting ETL table data.
  • Auto-generated names for snapshots created from Watchlists are immediately usable. Previously, snapshots could not be created with the automatically generated names.
  • Repeating charts are created and displayed correctly. Previously, repeated charts were not created or displayed correctly.
  • When a Matrix KPI is edited and a new segment is added, the new segment color is updated properly. Previously, the color indicator was not displaying correctly.
  • Users can export watchlist history to Excel without issue. Previously, users could not export watchlist history to Excel.
