In this Videri release (January 12), users can sort or search for items listed on the Visuals, Watchlists, and Data Explorer pages. Also, user-defined dashboard filters are automatically saved.

Users can sort or search for items listed on the Visuals, Watchlists, and Data Explorer pages.
Dashboard Personalization
User-defined dashboard filters are automatically saved. After setting quick filters or sidebar filters on any dashboard or chart–these settings are automatically saved to the dashboard. Additionally, a Reset all filters to default values icon clears all applied filters.
