FTP Server
For those customers on our “Classic” version of Elevate Standards Alignment, we have updated our FTP servers to a more secure AWS environment. In doing so, you will now need to use ftps://ftp.academicbenchmarks.com to access your FTP.
Browsers do not natively support secure FTP, so you will not be able to access this as a direct url. You will need to use an FTP client to access the FTP. You will need to make sure the FTP client settings are set to indicate a secure FTP. Some examples of FTP Clients are Filezilla and Cyberduck.
Here is a screenshot from Cyberduck with the secure FTP protocol selected and the url ftps://ftp.academicbenchmarks.com indicated.
Here is a link to a 3rd party how-to for Filezilla; https://support.sharetru.com/hc/en-us/articles/226790907-How-to-connect-with-FTPS-using-Filezilla
If you have any questions after reviewing the documentation above, please contact us at standard-support@instructure.com
You can view the List of Standards released by month. Download the Obsolete List to view standards marked obsolete for Q1, or visit the Canvas Community to learn about previously released standards.
