Product Update

Social Studies Crosswalks Released

As previously announced, our subject matter experts have been working hard on expanding our curated crosswalks into Social Studies. These are now released and are available through the API and in our Alignment App. Let us know if you have questions or would like a walk-through on the use of crosswalked standards.

Alignment App Update

Within the Alignment App, we’ve released the ability to save and store Learning Object filters as Collections. You can now set up collections of assets for use in the alignment process. See the screenshot below for an example of how to access these filters.Screen Shot Asset Collection.pngIf you have any questions about the above product releases, please reach out to standards-support@instructure.com.

Grade Range Changes in PA Science, IL CTEs, and TN CTEs
Please be on the lookout for the grade changes below and update your standards data as needed.

Pennsylvania > Academic Standards > Science and Technology (2002)
The intention of the 2002 standards is that students will achieve mastery by the end of a range of grades. As such, we are making sure the sections reflect the range as opposed to just the final grade of mastery.
