Elevate Standards Alignment Release Notes (2023-12-21)

In this Elevate Standards Alignment release (December 21), users can bulk-align or reject learning objects to predicted derivative standards adopted from national standards that are already aligned or rejected.

  New Features

Derivative Standards Alignment

Users can bulk-align or reject learning objects to predicted derivative standards adopted from national standards that are already aligned or rejected. The bulk functionality provides an easier workflow for users so they no longer need to manually locate and align to derivatives one at a time.

On the Aligned or Rejected tab, select a national standard's Copy Derivatives icon to view copy options.

On the Aligned tab, select the Copy align to all derivatives option to align to all derivative standards. Select the Copy to align exact derivatives option to align only to derivative standards that are identical to the national standard. Derivative standards then move from the Predictions tab to the Aligned tab. Additionally, if tags are enabled, tags from the national standard alignment are applied to the derivatives.

On the Rejected tab, users can bulk-reject alignments to derivative standards that are adopted from national standards that are already rejected.
