Canvas glitched - I lost my access to my class online.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a free canvas teacher account. Sunday night, I was automatically logged out. When I logged back in - I was directed to a different school's teacher page. (its the school I have a parent account for)

I was NOT logging in on that school's page. I was logging into the Canvas site for the free account. 

I logged out - and logged back in - and my page was clean - brand new - like I never had a class. 

I can still see my class on my phone. My students can still access the class. I cannot access it.

Something GLITCHED in Canvas and it no longer points my account to my class. 

HOW CAN I GET HELP!? My class is at a standstill bc I cannot give anymore homework!

To resolve this, contact Canvas support directly via their help section or support email, explaining the login issue and providing your class details. Additionally, try logging in with a different browser or clearing your cache to reset the session. It would be helpful.
