Delete My Canvas Free for Teacher Account

Hello! I would like some assistance to delete my Canvas Free-for-Teacher account, please. My account has a link similar to https://canvas.instructure.com/ and is not nor has it ever been associated with any institution. I don't have any Help button option to contact the Canvas Support Team. Please, could someone assist me with deleting it? Thank you!

Hi @AlejandraF ,

You should have a link called 'Report a Problem' on your help button slide out menu. You will want to utilize that form to request an account deletion.

@AlejandraF No problem! That's strange, usually it's beneath the video conferencing guides. I guess it has to do with what account type you have on the free for teacher instance.
