Not sure if anyone else realized this, but if you click on the floating support button and either send an email or attempt to phone, you won't have any luck.
I sent multiple emails over the past month and finally sent a ticket through the "Report a Problem" and received the following email explaining that there is no support. Thought other teachers might like to know that if they send any support emails through the floating button it's not going anywhere! Those buttons should honestly just be removed.
