How to change the sub account name in FFT so the course invitation email makes sense

Is there any way to edit a subaccount name in the FFT version so the invitation that is sent to students makes more sense? Or anyway to edit the invitation email that is sent?
Currently, the invitation that is sent starts with ..
"You've been invited to participate in a class at Manually-Created Courses. The class is called ...."
The class name is correct, but what is manually-Created Courses? It appears to be a sub account that I can't change in the FFT version.
Anyone have any suggestions?
