K12.instructure.com login AND canvas.instructure.com login problems

I have had a K12.instructure.com account for the past 5 years, along with several published courses. 

The other day I was working with another instructor in our school and they had me create an account on  canvas.instructure.com. Now, even when I attempt to log into my  K12.instructure.com courses I am re-directed to the  new canvas.instructure.com account and denied access to my existing courses.

 

How do I fix this?

Hi @TobinHuebner ,

Both of those instances are associated within a trust, meaning they are connected together so instead of creating a new account it is encouraged to use the same one across both of them.

Is your new account associated with the same email address as your other account? If so, you could look into doing a self-service user merge.
