Good morning,
Is there a way to check the status of a submitted ticket? I submitted a ticket on or around Aug. 18th and have not received a response. I then sent another inquiry on or around Aug. 27th but still have not received a response. I love Canvas and have used it for several years, but I can't move forward until my issue is resolved. Thank you.

Unfortunately, Free for Teacher support only covers specific requests such as restoring courses, deleting accounts, resetting passwords and making courses public.
I will still forward this along to the right people to see if they can help you out, but I just wanted to inform you of that.
