Hi @106856077214547 ,
I'm sorry you're having trouble publishing your course!
With the registration email, this is something that Canvas will send directly to your inbox to the email address associated with your account. If your email or contact information isn't valid, then Canvas won't be able to send you any messages. You can check to ensure Canvas was able to connect with your information by going to your account settings, and under 'Ways to Contact' on the right hand top corner, you'll see an ! mark. If there is no ! mark, then your information is valid.
Now, let's say your information was all correct, what to do next if you still didn't receive the email? I always recommend checking other folders such as your spam or recently deleted before going further. If you are unable to locate the message still, the best way to go about this would be to re-add your email address to your account, even if it's already listed. Click on + email address and after you enter it, it should be able to send another link to your email. However, if for some reason that doesn't work, you may have to temporarily add a personal email address to your account so you can get the message there. While this isn't exactly ideal for the situation you're in, it might be one of the only solutions to solve this issue.
The last thing you could do is reach out to Canvas support by using the 'Help' button on your global navigation bar when signed into Canvas, and click Report a Problem. From there, Canvas can help you further.
Do you think any of these would be good solutions for you? I hope this helps point you in the right direction, and I hope you're able to start using your course very soon!
All the best,
Noah
