For starters, are you a student or an instructor?  If you are a student, is the article related to a course you are taking at your school?  If so, my guess is that you should be posting that article within your course following the steps that your instructor has outlined for you.  Have you contacted your instructor to get further details on how to post the article?  If you are an instructor, are you wanting to post the article in your course, or are you wanting to share something related to Canvas with others here in the Canvas Community?
