Accessing all the pages in a course at once when creating links to pages

When you teach a large course (e.g., with >200 pages) and you want to create links to those pages on the Canvas calendar, you have to use the "pages" tab on the right side of the screen to find the links you want.  Unfortunately, as it's currently configured, Canvas only allows you to scroll through small chunks of pages with each click of the mouse.  It would be much easier if one click on the pages tab would give you instant access to all the pages.  Then you could scroll through all of them without wasting time stepping through 5, 10, 20 clicks to reach the page of interest.

That's exactly right, @mark_teaford ; what you've described is the expected experience in courses with a large number of pages and is offset by the presence of a search field. I've streamlined the comments to make the conversation easier for others to follow, and will move this idea forward as a request to remove the page load restriction. Thanks!

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
