Allow a "jump to newest" in discussions with a way to click to open in overlay the original post.

I think it would keep discussions moving quickly if there was a way to jump directly to the newest post in a discussion without having to scroll through everything.  Would be helpful to have an option to pop open the initial post and the immediately preceding post.  Would feel more like a conversation and could be much more userfriendly than scrolling through long threads.

In Discussions Redesign, you can click the Sort button to show the newest posts first on the page.
