Allow point weight editing in Item Banks

Currently, item weights cannot be edited in Item Banks. As such, point weights for quiz items taken from banks cannot be edited. I would suggest that point weights should be editable at the item bank level to allow more freedom in setting the weight of different question modalities.

I would second this suggestion. Some of my faculty have expressed a wish to set point values to their Item Bank questions that were migrated into New Quizzes.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
