Announcements notifications via email should display course and name of announcement author

When receiving an announcement through email, I don't know who has sent it. This is confusing for a person who teaches on several courses and receives announcements from them.

Simple solution: append the name of the author/sender of the announcement to the email message.

@tommi  Thanks for sharing this feedback about external email notifications. When I just tested this for a student whose notifications are set to "right away" for announcements, the email notification displayed the name of the course and the subject line of the announcement at the top of the message. Would you provide a screenshot of the email you received that did not contain this information and details about the user's (or your) notification settings?

Title of the course is visible, my bad.

Sender of the message is not. Please see the picture below, and note how the author has specifically signed their message manually.

The message was sent by a teacher and received by a teacher. I receive emails about notifications immediately.

Note the manual signature at the end.Note the manual signature at the end.
