Can we add a feature in Catalog that would allow participants to APPLY for the course in some way?

We have some courses that require a brief application stating professional credentials and reasons for taking the particular course.  Is there a feature in Catalog that we can add to allow these "applications" to be downloaded and reviewed and then the potential enrollee "admitted" or "declined" that would then allow the participant to enroll in the course?

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
