Communication to all - Consortia Trust Models

Instructure offers a new model "Consortia Trust" where a large region (district, county, state etc) can offer Canvas to all consituents within those regions. These Trusts allow the large managing agency to offer consolidated services to ALL within the trust. The issue is: Provide a way to allow the Trust Agency (I'll call it the "parent") to communicate with all the regional instances (I'll call them "children") via global announcements or some other means to directly communicate with specific roles (Teachers, Administrators, Course Designers, even students. etc.) 

It is not conducive to have to go to each 'child account' and post a global announcement in each instance within the Consortia Trust. There has to be a better way!

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
