Differentiate URLs in Observer Notifications

Our login URL for observers and students are different (We are in a K-12 setting with 26,000+ students using Canvas). Our students log in using a SSO portal. Our observers (typically parents) create their own account using a different landing page.

Notification emails contain URLs geared toward the student login, which creates confusion for observers  receiving the same notification. The observer is unable to log in using the links contained in the notifications. We would like to have the option to differentiate the links in notification emails so that they can be accessible to our observers/parents.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
