Easy Search for Former Students Across All Your Canvas Courses

I often have former students request recommendations for college but they don't always specify which of my classes and what year(s) they were with me.  A feature in the Dashboard allowing me to enter a student's name and find all previous/current courses that included that student would be great.

I desperately need this feature. I teach high school and have 9 courses that I teach at a time and I need a quick way to find the students without having to click in and out of the courses. Please add a student search across CANVAS!!!!

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
