[Files] Audio file control limitations/options

When adding an audio file to a quiz for a listening component, the student has full control of the audio playback. When listening comprehension is what is being tested, it's counterproductive for the student to have the ability to pause, rewind, replay, etc. It would be helpful to allow the administrator the option of limiting the number of times the audio is played and preventing audio control by the student.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
