Google -External Tool Assignments & Grading

Teachers want to share google resources with either assigning no point value/ungraded because it is an editable resource that we want each student to get a copy (ex. interactive notebook online).

Also, we would like to attach outcomes to Google assignments created with the external tool options to use learning mastery gradebook, but we don't want to assign a seperate points grade to gradebook.
