Individual Grades View - drop down box needed

When I want to view a student's grades in the gradebook, I have to select the gradebook, then select the student, then select grades. From that screen, if I want to view the exact same information for another student, I have to leave that screen and repeat the entire process over again. When I am trying to share grades to multiple students, this is a very cumbersome process.

I have attached a screen shot where it would be an ideal place to add a drop down menu that would populate with every student name in the course and allow you to seamlessly move from one student to another.

A "Next Student" and "Previous Student" button (similar to the ones found in "SpeedGrader") would also be helpful to navigate from one student's grades to the other.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
