Lockdown browser for Canvas quizzes

We need something built into Canvas that can prevent students from accessing other tabs/websites during Quizzes.  This is especially important for districts that aren't paying for 3rd party lockdown, OR for those using certain monitoring like Securly, as it doesn't work with New Quizzes.

@JohnCollier  Thanks for sharing this suggestion. The Canvas solution to this is Respondus Lockdown Browser, which is compatible with both New and Classic Quizzes. This is in keeping with Instructure's long-standing policy to partner with third parties to use their existing solutions rather than developing our own from scratch, especially in this case, when a feature is not core LMS functionality.

Users of different monitoring systems can request a third-party integration with the application providers they're using.

We've been using Respondus Lockdown browser for a while (we have a district license) and we've had a fair number of issues. Teachers in my district aren't very happy with the performance and I feel like a Canvas-created version might be a lot better (Canvas works well most all of the time).
