Make Grading Notes Text Box Bigger

Currently, the Grading Notes text box in New Quizzes only shows about 6 lines of text. This makes it very difficult to review the notes that are in the text box. The current workaround is to create the notes in either Word or Notepad. This does work to an extent, but the format does change slightly when copying and pasting the text into Grading Notes. Instructors feel like it would be more beneficial to be able to resize or have a larger text box in the Grading Notes itself.
