Preview Global Announcements Before Publishing Them

I would like the ability to preview ("see") how an announcement will appear to viewers before actually publishing the announcement.  This will enable me to test readability (font size, font color, etc.) and layout.  I understand that this capability is available in beta, however, not all users have access to beta. 

In the current state, I am only able to see the full scope of my announcement once it has been published.  And, all subsequent changes means another notification for those recipients who have that feature turned on (that could become annoying).

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
