Provide option to convert .doc files to .pdfs during submission

I tutor a student whose teacher only allows pdf filetypes. She always forgets, and then she has to go back and convert her .doc to a .pdf and then do the submission process over again. She has no use for these .pdfs that she accumulates, and if she needs to make an edit to her assignments, she'd have to do this conversion rigamarole again! I figure this feature would relieve her distress.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
