Separate Course setting option "Let students edit or delete their own discussion replies"

Make the course setting option to be two distinct options. Currently, as an instructor, if I want my students to have the opportunity to edit their posts, I have to enable this option in the course setting that allows them to edit or delete their posts. 

It would be beneficial as an instructor to have this option as two distinct, straightforward options. This would allow for instructors to have flexibility in the rights permitted to their students.

Currently, the course setting reads:	Let students edit or delete their own discussion replies
Proposed two options:	Let students edit their own discussion replies
	Let students delete their own discussion replies

Yes, my institution would also like to allow the "Edit" option without allowing them to delete a post.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
