Showing All Section in Assign to dropdown box for Assignments, Quizzes, etc.

Currently when you use the Assign to option to assign a quiz, assignment, etc to a section in your course, only 3 sections show up and then the list of students.  We use grade passback to PowerSchool, so everything has to be assigned to a section or Everyone, so we rarely/never assign something to an individual student.  It doesn't make sense to us that only 3 sections would show up.  You can type in part of the section name to get to other sections that aren't showing up, but it would be very helpful if all or at least more than 3 sections showed by automatically.  Many of our teachers teach the same course to 7 sections during the day, so they would have to type in more than half of their sections...

We have instructors with 15 sections so showing more than only 3 sections at a time would be very helpful.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
