The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.
Read our blog post for more info about this change.
On December 14th 2022, Impact will be introducing the ability for users to enable two-factor authentication for their accounts. Two-factor authentication improves the security of your Impact account. If you choose to enable the two-factor authentication, upon logging into your Impact dashboard with your normal credentials, you will also need to provide an authentication code when logging in.
You will be able to enable two-factor authentication for your account by navigating to your Impact Settings icon, and clicking ‘Account Security’.
To find more instructions on how to enable or disable this feature, please read our guide ‘How do I link my Impact account with a Two-Factor Authenticator'.
