Having the right out-of-the-box content (OOTB) can be a time saver and help you get the most out of the Impact platform To ensure the OOTB content requests are reviewed and prioritized appropriately, the Impact Content team has streamlined the OOTB Content request process.
Now when you have a request for OOTB content to be created, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or our Impact Support Team. They will send the request to our team using our new internal processes. Please provide, in as much detail as possible, the following information to help us assess and prioritize requests.
- Type of content: campaigns, walkthroughs, monitors, context, support articles, and/or support categories.
- Reason for request: Summarize the purpose of the content requested. If you are requesting monitors, please include what data you are trying to gather and for what purpose.
- Screenshots, screencasts, or links: links, images or videos to relevant content illustrating the placement of the content will help the Impact Content Team make sure that the request is addressed accurately.
The more details that you provide, the quicker and better your content request can be addressed. Our goal as the Impact Content Team is to provide you with OOTB content that is timely and aids you in supporting your institution's adoption, best practice, and support initiatives. We process claims that are beneficial to the majority of our clients and maintain that content. If you have an institution specific content request, or an immediate need, you should reach out to your CSM to get you more information about working with our services team to assist you with your content goals. Please keep in mind that the services can help create your content, but it will be up to the institution or organization to maintain that content.
Please note, not all requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled. Once a request is made to the content team, it will be evaluated and responded to in a timely manner.
